Fantastic views and an unspoilt natural landscape await you during a hike on our local mountain Piz da Peres, where you can also admire the Three Peaks. The 2507 meter mountain is located directly across Plan de Corones and on the summit you are rewarded with a breathtaking view of the Alps. The ascent takes about 2-3 hours. On the Fanes Plateau you’ll find unique geological rock formations. Deep gorges and bizarre shapes dominate the landscape on the plateau. Rushing mountain streams make their way through the jagged region. Under the massif of the Conturines only in 1987 the famous bear cave was discovered.
